Another lovely week comes to a close at the Stone Turtle Lodging. Sprocket and I took a little break and rolled in the field of plantain. I asked Ingrid to describe plantain in one word. Her answer was Wundermittel (panacea). At the Stone Turtle, we commonly refer to plantain as Jenny's herb because it's one of her favorite herbs to use (we don't blame her!).
